Greetings Beloved,

Blessings.

This is the second lamentation, which was given to me on 5/30/07, 6/20/07,  9/16/07 and again on 9/18/07.

A great terror will soon overtake America, and her punishment will be ordained by God.  Complacent and lukewarm Christianity will be turned on its head.  The Lord will again demonstrate that He is neither ‘for’ nor ‘against’ America, making it known: ‘He is God in America’… and, ‘she will be used in holiness for the purpose of Christ.’

Concerning the Church, the LORD says,

“You have been as the Laodiceans, who were neither cold nor hot.  As many as I love, I will rebuke and chasten.  Be zealous and repent.  I am the Amen and the I AM.  I am turning you upside down and you cannot turn Me from this, for what I have decreed shall come to pass.  Turn from your idolatry so that you will not be shaken when I remove the plunder from the ‘den of robbers’.  My house in America shall be a house of prayer.”

“When you steal and murder, commit adultery and perjury, burn incense to Baal and follow other gods you have not known, and then come and stand before Me in this house, which bears My Name, and say, “We are safe”- safe to do all these detestable things?  Has this house, which bears My name, become a den of robbers to you?  But I have been watching, declares the LORD.” (Jeremiah 7:9-11)

Beloved, we have greatly offended the Lord.  We have grieved the Holy Spirit.  Still, the Lord is gracious and compassionate.  He is slow to anger and abounding in mercy!  We are, as it was written in Isaiah chapter 6, ‘men of unclean lips in the midst of a people of unclean lips.’ Our judgment is due.  We live in a nation overtaken by ungodly lusts and desires, where even the sins of the Church have surpassed the sins of Sodom and Rome.  Drunken complacency preaches from the pulpit, the false-hood of the American dream keeps many pews in slumber, while a generation is being aborted, fathers and mothers are forsaken, and a true witness of the Gospel goes almost unheard in the land.  A great shaking is coming!  Unprecedented tribulation is coming to America, and it will only be the beginning.  We must be shaken from our slumber and provoked to a zealous pursuit of the sweet, repentant lifestyle that seeks first God’s kingdom and His righteousness!

I have seen in the Spirit, the frantic terror of our government, as it tries to retreat in a concession to its enemies.  There is a spirit of destruction over America, a spirit who has been given authority bring much terror to our nation.  It will overtake us, but not completely.  We must see a great revival, so that we may either withhold judgment or be saved in its midst.  I fervently believe in the coming of a great revival and national reformation, but this must begin with individuals who die to themselves daily, pursuing to know Christ, the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings.

How then shall we live?  Micah 6:8 says, “He has shown you, O man, what is good.  And what does the Lord require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

These days that are to come will be likened unto Joel 2 and Isaiah 6.  Concerning this the LORD says,

“Like dry grass set ablaze, so I will consume My Church.  Be not afraid, O land!  Be glad and rejoice!”  Surely the LORD has done great things.  Return to the LORD with all your heart.  “Am I not already raising up priests who weep between the porch and the altar?  Am I not already raising up those who will stand in My counsel day and night?  Will I not send to them My ministering angels who declare My provision?  Will I not give them My Spirit and power?  Trust me.  Your labor is not in vain.”

“The glory of the Lord will fill the tabernacles of His Spirit.  This will reveal new depths of depravity.  Does not the fire of God burn?  Will it not pain you?  Will it not cleanse you and purify you from iniquity?  The Lord is removing guilt and sin from His bride. The years to come will cause great maturity and fruit, and the Church will walk in her greatest anointing.  Yet, this same fire that purifies will also consume scoffers.  If you return to the Lord with fasting and weeping, then you will be crowned with beauty for your ashes, gladness for weeping, and praise instead of despair.  You will be displayed for the splendor of the Lord.  He is a God of fulfilling promises!”

Finally, we need not fear the things to come.  Yes, we will see distress and trial, but the Lord has appointed it and unto His purposes.  Our greatest weapon will be to rest in the sovereignty of God.  He is loving Father who knows, sees and fully understands our condition.  He knows our frame, and is able to sympathize with our weakness and prepare us for the days to come.  Beloved, we have a great Lord and Master.  He is trustworthy and secure.  His will is to bring heaven to earth, to receive His people and judge unrighteousness.  As God’s agenda causes the rage of Satan to increase, and wickedness to abound, it will also be a time when God releases extravagant mercies and provides refuge for His people.  It will not be easy or comfortable, but the Lord always prepares a way for His people.  Once again, there will be something alive in western Christianity, that will fill us with abundant joy as we live and die unto the eternal purpose of Christ Jesus, our Lord.
